“UNITAN ATS” is a semisoluble spraydried dedusted powder produced by modifying but not eliminating the inherent insolubles in a natural Quebracho extract.

Usage
Leathers treated with this product present a pale pink-brownish surface colour, excellent fullness and weight yield, firm and leveled grain, ready for embossing and buffing. This is the result of UNITAN ATS low , partially treated insoluble organic particles, which make this extract highly recommended for retanning over vegetable or chrome tanning.
For pure or mixed but basically vegetable tanning processes, it is recommended to use, at the end of the process UNITAN ATS from 20% to 40% of the total vegetable extract offer. For retanning processes UNITAN ATS may be applied following standard usage percentages, by itself or combined with other vegetable extracts or synthetic products.
